North Park Meat Co offers hand cured meats from pastured animals.
Our beef, goat, and lamb come only from farmers who raise their animals on pasture and feed them grass. (For more about pastured animals, click here) Our pork comes from farmers who raise their animals outdoors on family farms where they have plenty of room. None of these animals receive hormones, antibiotics, or any other of the numerous degradations of modern livestock agriculture.
All our products are made and cured here in our kitchen by Michael McGuan, Max Bonacci, and Ernesto Romero.
Usually around 5 or 6 products are available at any one time, with prices typically ranging from $0.50 to $2 per ounce.
Our products include bacon (from pork, beef, goat or lamb), Canadian-style bacon, country ham and city ham, coppa, lardo, prosciutto (goat or lamb), beef pepperoni, pancetta, lonzino, beef sticks, whole smoked fish, and more.
